The Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board package has everything you need to get out on the water, but is it any good?
If you’re new to stand up paddle boarding it can be confusing knowing what you need to purchase to get started in this exciting activity. You’ll be glad to know that the Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board package comes with everything a beginner needs to get out on the water in a short space of time. When you first get to your local lake, river or beach, you’ll need to pump your new Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) up to around 15psi (max. is 20psi) – which takes around five minutes – using the included dual action high pressure pump (with PSI gauge). Like most other Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards (iSUP) however, it can be quite hard to pump up the last five or so PSI, so if you do find it quite difficult it may be worth investing in an electric pump (one that plugs into a vehicle is a great choice).
The Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board is made from military grade drop stitch construction using UV resistant PVC. What this means is that the paddle board will take plenty of knocks without damage, and is also resistant to harsh UV rays, both directly from the sun and also reflecting back from the water. The manufacturers have even claimed to have thrown these boards off rooftops – as well as run them over with cars – but we would hesitate to recommend doing this yourselves!
If you have an interest in surfing small waves on a paddle board, an iSUP makes an obvious choice – you’ll never crack your head open if this paddle board hits you! As this iSUP also has a tri-fin setup, you should be able to maneuver in waves much better, but we would suggest not using the Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board in waves much bigger than a couple of feet in height.back to menu ↑
The Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board has excellent dimensions for a beginner stand up paddle board. It measures ten foot six inches (10’6”) long by thirty inches (30”) wide, and is six inches (6”) deep. Although some other iSUPs are wider, the depth of this board means you will still be very stable in the water. You’ll also find that this board will turn easier than one that is wider.
The paddle board weighs approx. 35lbs, and when not in use stores away in its included bag to a very small footprint of approx. 1 foot (1’) by 3 feet (3’). The included bag holds the iSUP, paddle, and pump. As you could imagine, carrying this iSUP to your local lake or beach is a breeze.
The Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board can take a maximum weight of approx. 400lbs, and is stable enough for users to perform Yoga on the deck, as well take the pet dog for a paddle. You could even go fishing from this iSUP!back to menu ↑

Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board package Conclusion
If you’re keen to have a go at stand up paddle boarding, and want an iSUP package that includes everything you need to get started, then the Atlantis Paddle Boards SUP Inflatable Paddle Board package could be the right place to start. As with a lot of iSUP packages around this price point, the included paddle could be of better quality, but is perfectly fine to get you going (and you can always upgrade to a better paddle later on). Overall, a good stand up paddle board package at a competitive price.
